Financial Information for 中法 Students
Student payments 和 学生 refunds will be h和led through Webcat.
- Fall tuition bills are posted on August 10th 和 are due September 1st. Spring semester bills will be posted on December 10th 和 January 1st. Monthly statements are issued if any balances exist.
- 计费 is “paperless” – online only. Students are notified through their 中法-assigned email accounts when new bills are posted. 家长门户 accounts are available for any 学生 who wishes to grant account access to another person.

- 付款s may be made online, or the bill can be printed 和 mailed with payment. 付款 is accepted through online check or credit card, 论文检查, 银行支票, 汇款单, cash or wire transfer (contact 学生账户 for wire transfer account information). A 2.85% service charge will be added to credit or debit card transactions.
- An optional 5-month payment plan for fall 和 spring semesters is offered. 付款s will be due the first of each month from July - November (for Fall semester) 和 December - April (for Spring semester). When enrollment is available, 付款 Plan links will appear on the Account View page in Webcat 和 家长门l.
- Checks that have been returned for nonpayment are assessed a $30 return check charge.
- Bills must be paid by due dates to avoid late fees.
- Disbursement of financial aid is expected approximately one week prior to the start of each semester. Students whose payments exceed their charges may request a refund any time after receipt 和 settlement of the tuition bill. It is the 学生’s responsibility to initiate a refund request. A refund request form is available through Webcat. 退款 through this form will be sent by direct deposit to the 学生’s savings or checking account. Federally regulated (Title IV) refunds will be automatically generated within the required timeframe if not previously requested by the 学生. The required timeframe is defined as 14 days after the credit balance occurs or 14 days after the first day of class if the credit balance occurs on or before the first day of class.
